As a designer I am constantly looking for inspiration around one of that is any art form. A beautiful hand embroidered quilt to or hand crafted beaten brass bowl evokes great emotions. A well designed and crafted piece of furniture is no less than a piece of art. So I wonder why we only look for a painted canvas or sculptures. Art is a very integral part of our lives and that it cannot be restricted to adorn walls. Artists and designers have joined hands to create products like handbags , clothing , shoes , furniture etc. Its time to bring art in spaces in the form of elements like flooring , ceiling, doors, carpets, lights etc
